Inspection scheme for plant protection product application equipment

Great Britain/Northern Ireland's list of implementing bodies designated under Regulation 6(1) of the Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012 to undertake inspections of Plant Protection Product application equipment is below:

(1) The Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA)

The AEA will be permitted to retain the designation as long as, in the competent authority's opinion, it continues to implement inspection systems which comply with the requirements for inspections set out in Annex II of the Directive. The Health and Safety Executive will monitor the inspection system to ensure such compliance.
