Disclosure of duty-holder/third party information provided to HSE

This guidance is aimed at duty holders that HSE might need to consult regarding information that they have previously supplied to HSE and which has been requested by a third party.

The guidance is designed to provide an overview of HSE's decision making process with regard to FOI/EIR requests for 3rd party information.
