• Carrying tasks assessment guide
  Before you begin watching the videos we advise you to read through the assessment guide and if possible print this out.
• Print flow chart, graph and scoresheet [60kb]
  After you have read through the guide you will need to print out the flow chart, graph and scoresheet. These are required to assess and evaluate the risks in the video.
• Use the interactive scoresheet
  The scoresheet can also be filled in on screen.

  This video presents footage of an employee carrying boxes from a conveyor and walking down the corridor to the general store room.

  This video presents footage of an employee carrying a tub of flour from a trolley up steps to be deposited in its designated area.
