Case studies

HSE has put together a variety of case studies to help improve workplace transport safety.

Case studies for group discussion

The following examples detail the incident, environment and consequences of workplace transport accidents. Each example includes a publication reviewing the incident and a publication with recommendations for improvement.

However, the improvements we suggest are not the only, ideal or complete solutions for these examples. There is no such thing as a perfectly safe site.
