Vehicles and tipping

Poor edge protection on tips accounts for the majority of overturning vehicle accidents. The tipping point on a tip should be on stable ground. This means that a minimum distance from the edge of the tip should be stated in the rules, and the edge protection maintained at this distance. The driver of the machine also requires good visibility and sufficient lighting. The combination of these factors will prevent these common accidents.
