Austrian Tunnelling Method (NATM). It deals with the worldwide history of NATM failures and collapses and describes the legislation, the importance of a risk-based approach and describes a model for managing risk.

The report was produced in response to the collapse of three tunnels of the Heathrow Express Link. 

The report was published in 1996 under ISBN 978 0 7176 1068 6, and reissued as PDF only in 2014.
