Building safety reforms

The Building Safety Act names HSE as the new Building Safety Regulator. It also introduces new duties relating to fire and structural safety. The new duties, and BSR's services, will become operational over the next few years. These pages explain what we're doing to set up BSR, and what you can do to prepare for your new duties.
