If you’re still unsure if your product is regulated as a biocidal product, you can check:

  • if a similar type of product has already been authorised for supply and use as a biocide in the United Kingdom - UK authorised biocidal products[3]
  • if a legal decision has been made on a similar type of product. Such legal decisions are commonly called 'Article 3(3) Decisions'.
