Preventing accidents to children in agriculture - L116

Notice of withdrawal

Having consulted in accordance with section 16(5) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, and with the consent of the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, the Health and Safety Executive's approval of the Approved Code of Practice entitled "Preventing accidents to children in agriculture" (L116) will cease to have effect on the 30 August 2013.

The Code will be withdrawn on that day.

The Prevention of Accidents to Children in Agriculture Regulations 1998 and regulation 19 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999  remain unchanged.
