This year's TEXIAC open meeting is to be held on Tuesday 16th September 2008 at the Yew Lodge Hotel in Kegworth, Derbyshire. The primary topics for discussion will be Machinery Maintenance and Asbestos. There will be a presentation on HSE’s campaign, Asbestos - the hidden killer and practical information on machinery safety during maintenance and repairs. The event is aimed specifically at maintenance managers, engineers and health & safety representatives.
