Please find attached a link to the Nexia Solutions website, where a call for proposals for PhD funding is available. The call is to support proposals in the field of technology and science relevant to nuclear decommissioning and clean up. This is intended to be an annual call.

The 2005 NRI has been issued. This is one of the main inputs into the 2006-7 HSC Co-ordinated programme of nuclear safety research.
The 2006-07 HSE levy programme and the 2006-07 Sellafield nuclear safety research schedule [645kb]
are now available.
The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority is now in existence and funds the research programmes of the NDA licensees (for the Magnox reactors, Sellafield and UKAEA sites, etc). HSE has joined an new advisory Research Board set up by NDA. NDA has published a document on R&D Needs, Risks and Opportunities.
The papers from the April 2006 NuSAC Sub-Committee on Research meeting are now available. These cover the 06-07 programme, university research and presentations on chemistry research.
The papers from the May 2006 HSC meeting are now available. These cover the 06-07 programme, the advice from NuSAC SCR and the evaluation of the 04-05 programme.
