Order your campaign pack now!

To order your stakeholder packs contact hsebooks@prolog.uk.com  with the following information:

• Your name and a telephone number we can contact you on
• Company name
• Address to send the Stakeholder Packs to
• Quantity of Stakeholder Packs requested
• The date by which you need them and
• Whether you require English, or bilingual Welsh/English packs.  Quote MISC791 for the English pack and MISC791w for the bilingual one.

There is a limit of 100 packs per order applicant.  If you require more than this please include in your email order the number you require and how you intend to use them.  Individual information sheets from the pack cannot be ordered separately, but can be downloaded from the Your campaign pack page.

Each pack includes a feedback form.  We would be very grateful if you could draw this to the attention of those to whom the pack is given and encourage them to complete it and send it back to us FREEPOST.

Packs will be available for distribution from the start of October. You should allow 10 working days for delivery.
