Freedom of Information
If you are not satisfied with the information you have received from the HSE or with the way your request has been dealt with, you can make a complaint by email to the HSE's Freedom of Information unit. Requests for an internal review must be received within two months of HSE’s original response.

HSE has a formal procedure for dealing with such complaints - in the case of non-disclosure of information we will ask a senior member of staff to review that decision. We aim to respond to you on your complaint within 30 working days but if this is not possible we will let you know when you can expect to hear.
